Free Advice
With some basic advice, anyone can change their lighting quickly and easily. We can offer elementary advice either in person or via WhatsApp. Show or send us photos of any space where you feel the light isn't quite right and we can point you in the right direction.
Video Consulting
Can't make it to the showroom, or prefer to start from the comfort of home? Our remote consultation brings the expertise to you. In a video call of about an hour, we go through your home room by room – how you use each space, what isn't working and what you'd like to change – and give you our first advice on the spot. Afterwards, we prepare two lighting proposals for each room, tailored to its layout and style. The result is a carefully chosen selection of luminaires that will make your home better lit, more comfortable and more inviting – without you ever leaving the sofa.

Lighting Design
Our highest level of service includes detailed lighting design for comprehensive refurbishments and new-builds. This service is a six-stage process including 3D modelling, lighting density calculations, visualisations and involves as many site visits as is mutually agreed to be necessary. Our impartial, independent advice is supported by detailed scientific knowledge of lighting and twenty years of experience in the lighting industry. We'll ensure you achieve the 'Inviting Lighting' look. Pricing is individually quoted based on needs.

Installation Service
Buying new ceiling or wall lights? We can arrange to deliver and fit them at a time that suits you – quick, convenient, and properly done.
A SEP-qualified electrician checks your wiring is safe and compatible (which means switching off power at the fuse board), removes your old fitting, and installs the new one in the same spot. It's a straightforward swap – existing wall or pendant points only, nothing recessed, and nothing higher than 3 metres. We don't alter wiring, fixings, dimmers or switches, and we don't make good the wall or ceiling afterwards. If you need bulbs, they can be bought at the same time as the luminaire, and brought and fitted on the day.
